Correct or remove a listing

If a listing is wrong, or it's yours and you don't want it here, tell us. We acknowledge within two working days and resolve within ten.

If you're a sole trader and you want your listing removed, it comes down first and we ask questions after. The same goes for anyone named on the site.

How to ask

Email hello@draxiq.com with the business name and the link to the listing, and say whether you want it corrected or removed. For a correction, tell us what's wrong and, if you can, where the right information is published (your own website or page is enough).

Or, if it's your business, verify the listing and you can edit it yourself.

What happens

Removals for individuals: done on receipt. The page returns "gone" and leaves the sitemap the same day.
Removals for limited companies: also done on request. This site is for businesses that want to be found.
Corrections: applied once we've seen the right information, and logged with the source and date.

We keep a record of every request for six years. Our privacy notice explains the rest.
