There are 8 gift shops on this page for Southport, Merseyside. 1 is verified by its owner. This list is free to be on and nobody pays to move up. It covers Southport's independent gift shops with a door you can walk through: on Lord Street and in the Wayfarers Arcade, in Churchtown, Birkdale and Ainsdale. Each listing shows the address, the opening hours where the shop prints them, and what it sells, from home fragrance and crystals to cards, balloons and work by local makers. Chains are not listed.
How to choose a gift shop in Southport
Start with what you are buying for. Some shops here are general gift shops with homeware, candles and fragrance; some lean towards crystals and jewellery; some are mostly cards, wrap and balloons; and one is run by the artists and makers whose work it sells. The flags on each listing show the mix.
Check the hours before you go. Several shops on this page do not print their opening times, and the ones that do are not all open on a Monday or a Sunday. Where a shop publishes its hours, they are on its card exactly as it prints them.
If you cannot get there, several of these shops sell online and deliver, and one offers click and collect. A shop's own website is the place to check current stock and delivery charges.
Crystals and gemstones are not regulated in the UK, and the names and claims attached to them vary. Buy from someone who will tell you what a stone is and where it came from, and treat any claim about what a crystal does as the seller's belief rather than a fact.
